Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw peanuts (unsalted)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Add peanuts and stir constantly for 2 minutes until fragrant and lightly toasted.

    Drizzle honey over peanuts and stir continuously for 2–3 minutes until edges darken.

    Sprinkle salt over the pan and stir well to coat evenly, about 30 seconds.

    Spread peanuts on a plate to cool for 3 minutes until they crisp up.
