Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk (whole or oat)
  • 2 tbsp espresso (cooled or instant espresso powder dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp dried culinary lavender
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Pour cold milk into a tall glass. Add honey and stir until dissolved.

    Sprinkle dried lavender into the milk and stir well to distribute.

    Pour cooled espresso (or instant espresso mixed with 2 tbsp hot water) into the glass.

    Add ice and stir. Taste and adjust honey if needed.
