Ingredients
- 1 cup cold milk (whole or oat)
- 2 tbsp espresso (cooled or instant espresso powder dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water)
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp dried culinary lavender
- ½ cup ice

Pour cold milk into a tall glass. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
