Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  2. 2

Add shrimp in a single layer and sear without stirring for 90 seconds until edges turn opaque.

  3. 3

Flip shrimp and cook the other side until centers are opaque, about 60 seconds more.

  4. 4

Push shrimp to the side, add garlic to the open space, and stir until fragrant, 30 seconds.

  5. 5

Pour honey and soy sauce over everything, then toss to coat, letting the glaze thicken, about 90 seconds.

  6. 6

Serve hot with rice, pasta, or crusty bread to catch the glaze.
