Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

  2. 2

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  3. 3

Sear pork 2 minutes per side without moving until surface is browned; internal temp should reach 145°F.

  4. 4

Push pork to the side, add minced garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  5. 5

Pour honey and soy sauce over pork, tilting the pan to coat, then simmer 2 minutes until glaze thickens.

  6. 6

Transfer pork to a cutting board, tent loosely with foil, rest 3 minutes, then slice and drizzle with pan glaze.
