Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped

Instructions

    Pat pork dry, season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Sear pork 2 minutes per side without moving until golden brown on edges.

    Add honey, garlic, and soy sauce to the skillet; toss pork to coat.

    Remove pork to a plate, then sauté carrots and bok choy in the remaining glaze until tender, 4–5 minutes.

    Slice pork and serve with glazed vegetables on the side.
