Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 medium carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 bunch bok choy, chopped

Pat pork dry, season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
