Ingredients
- 1 cup mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch (for dusting)
- ¾ cup red bean paste (sweetened, canned or tube)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or neutral oil
