Ingredients

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Pop popcorn in a stovetop pot or air popper according to package directions.

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, about 1 minute.

    Add brown sugar and honey. Stir constantly until mixture bubbles, 3–4 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Stir in salt and vanilla until smooth.

    Pour popcorn into a large bowl. Drizzle caramel over top while stirring constantly.

    Spread coated popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
