Ingredients

  • 2 bags black tea bags (or strong brewed black tea)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls (or pre-cooked boba)
  • 1.5 cups ice

Instructions

    Brew the tea bags in 1 cup hot water for 3 minutes, then remove and discard the bags.

    Stir the condensed milk into the hot tea until fully combined.

    Pour the tea into a glass with ice, then add the whole milk and stir well.

    Top with tapioca pearls and serve immediately with a wide boba straw.
