Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, full-fat
  • 2 clove garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil, divided
  • 1.5 tbsp za'atar spice mix

Instructions

    Combine yogurt, minced garlic, parsley, and dill in a bowl. Stir until herbs are evenly distributed.

    Transfer dip to a shallow serving bowl and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.

    Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over the top in a thin stream, then scatter za'atar across the surface.

    Drizzle remaining 2 tbsp olive oil in a light swirl, pressing the za'atar into the dip slightly.
