Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, dill)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press the 1 pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, crimping edges. Sprinkle 2 tbsp breadcrumbs over the bottom of the crust.

In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
