Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, dill)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 sprig rosemary sprig

In a small bowl, mix the 8 oz cream cheese, 1 minced garlic clove, and 2 tbsp of the chopped fresh herbs until well combined.

Shape the cheese mixture into a log about 6 inches long. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 10 minutes to firm up.

On a plate, combine the remaining fresh herbs, 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns, and 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes.

Roll the chilled cheese log in the herb mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly. Garnish with the 1 rosemary sprig.
