Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup water

Mix flour, 1 tablespoon oil, and water into a soft dough. Knead 5 minutes, cover, and rest 30 minutes.
