Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups brown gravy mix or canned brown gravy
- 2 lb potato, russet or yukon gold

Peel and cube potatoes into 1-inch pieces, then boil in salted water until fork-tender, ~12 minutes.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, then add ground beef and brown, breaking apart with a spoon, ~5 minutes.
