Ingredients
- 1 lb gyro meat
- 1 lb frozen french fries
- 4 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup kalamata olives
- ¼ cup pepperoncini
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 1 lb frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 25 minutes, shaking halfway.

While fries bake, slice the 1 tomato and 0.5 red onion into thin rings. Toss with 4 cups romaine, 0.5 cup olives, and 0.25 cup pepperoncini in a large bowl.

Drizzle the salad with 2 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 1 lb gyro meat and cook, breaking it up, until browned and heated through, about 8 minutes.
