Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 4 pieces flatbread
- 1 medium tomato
- ½ medium red onion
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Season ground lamb with salt and pepper; mix gently and shape into 4 oval patties.
