Ingredients
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 3 tbsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water

Pour the 1 cup fruit juice into a small saucepan and sprinkle the 3 tbsp gelatin over it. Let sit for 5 minutes until the gelatin blooms and looks spongy.

Add the 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp water to the pan. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely and the mixture is smooth, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds or a small baking dish. Refrigerate until set and firm to the touch, about 20 minutes.

Pop the gummies out of the molds or cut into squares if using a dish. Toss in extra sugar if you like, then store in an airtight container.
