  • 6 oz crispy fried pork belly or shredded pork shoulder
  • ½ cup pickled mustard greens, chopped
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, roughly crushed
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp cilantro or scallion, chopped
