- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread the 8 oz tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Cook the 1 lb ground beef and 1 diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat, until browned and onion is soft, about 8 minutes.

Stir the 1 tbsp taco seasoning into the beef mixture and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
