- 2 medium, cubed potatoes
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 whole, sliced red chili peppers
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp, minced ginger
- 3 stalks, chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
