Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. On a lightly floured surface, roll the 1 lb pizza dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Twist each strip gently and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden and crisp, about 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway.

While the grissini bake, mix the 1 cup tomato sauce with 1/2 tsp oregano and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine the 1 cup mayonnaise, remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, remaining 1/2 tsp oregano, and a pinch of salt.
