Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Press the 1 lb pizza dough into a lightly oiled 9x13-inch baking sheet, stretching to fit. Let rest while you prep toppings.

    Slice the 2 medium tomatoes into thin rounds. Roughly chop the 1 tbsp fresh rosemary. Scatter tomatoes and rosemary over the dough, pressing gently.

    Drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tsp sea salt. Bake until golden and puffed, about 15-18 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the bottom is browned.
