Ingredients
- 2 steaks (about 8 oz each) beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 3 cloves, minced garlic
- ½ cup, chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

Pat steaks dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, parsley, oregano, and 1 tablespoon olive oil into a paste.

Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Brush steaks with remaining oil.

Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

During the last minute of grilling, press the herb paste onto the top of each steak.

Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
