Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1
Cut the 1 lb baby potatoes in half and boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Pat the 1 lb steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- 3
Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Transfer to a plate and let rest while you cook the vegetables.
- 4
In the same pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil and the 1 bunch broccolini. Cook over medium-high, tossing occasionally, until charred and crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Add the boiled potatoes and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook until potatoes are golden and garlic is fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- 5
Slice the rested steak against the grain and serve with the broccolini and potatoes. Drizzle any pan juices over the top.
