Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Cut the 1 lb beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl. Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- 2
Thread the beef cubes onto skewers, dividing equally. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes first to prevent burning.
- 3
Preheat a charcoal grill or grill pan over high heat. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, turning once, until the meat is charred on the outside and cooked to your liking (internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare).
- 4
Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve hot, with extra salt or chili flakes if desired.
