Ingredients
- 1 whole (about 1 lb) sea bream
- 12 oz baby potatoes
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1
Preheat grill to medium-high. Boil the 12 oz baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 12 minutes; drain and slice in half.
- 2
Rub the whole sea bream with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp salt, inside and out. Slice the lemon into rounds; tuck a few slices inside the fish.
- 3
Grill the fish for 5-6 minutes per side, until the skin is charred and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
Toss the sliced potatoes with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and juice from the leftover lemon. Grill alongside the fish for 3-4 minutes, turning once, until golden.
- 5
Serve the fish with potatoes, scattered with 2 tbsp chopped parsley and extra lemon wedges.
