- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 whole lemon
- 4 stalks green onions
Instructions

Pat the 2 sea bream dry with paper towels. Score each fish 3 times on both sides, then rub with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper, inside and out.
- 2
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high. Brush the fish with 1 tbsp olive oil on both sides.

Grill the fish for 5-7 minutes per side, until the skin is charred and crispy and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
While the fish grills, thinly slice the 4 green onions and cut the 1 lemon into wedges.
- 5
Transfer the grilled fish to a platter. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
