Ingredients

  • 4 pieces (6 oz each) salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced lemon slices

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with the herb-lemon mixture.

  4. 4

Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes without moving.

  5. 5

Carefully flip the fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on the other side until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily.

  6. 6

Transfer salmon to a serving platter and garnish with fresh lemon slices.
