Ingredients
- 4 whole pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

In a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped rosemary, 1 tbsp thyme leaves, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

Pat the 4 pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub the herb-oil mixture all over both sides of each chop.

Let the chops sit at room temperature for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Place the chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until nicely charred and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
