Ingredients
- 2 whole peaches
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- ¼ cup pecans
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh basil

Cut the 2 peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides with the 1 tbsp olive oil.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the peaches cut-side down and grill until charred and softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Arrange the grilled peaches on a plate. Tear the 8 oz burrata and place it over the peaches.

Sprinkle with the 0.25 cup pecans and 2 tbsp fresh basil. Drizzle with the 1 tbsp honey and serve immediately.
