Ingredients
- 3 large oranges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- ¼ tsp salt

Slice the 3 oranges into 0.5 inch thick rounds, then cut each round in half to make half-moons.

In a small bowl, whisk together the 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp honey, and 0.25 tsp salt.

Brush the orange slices with the honey-oil mixture on both sides.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the orange slices in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
