Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 pieces flatbread

Cut the 1 lb beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and thread onto skewers. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Boil the 1 lb baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Grill the beef skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked to your liking.
