Ingredients
- 2 whole lobster tails
- 12 whole baby potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 whole green onions
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Boil the 12 baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Melt the 4 tbsp butter with 3 minced garlic cloves in a small pan over low heat, about 2 minutes, until fragrant.

Brush the 2 lobster tails with half the garlic butter and grill over medium-high heat, flesh side down, for 5-6 minutes until lightly charred and opaque.

Flip the lobster tails, brush with remaining butter, and grill for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is firm and cooked through.

Toss the boiled potatoes with the 2 sliced green onions and 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes in the leftover butter from the pan. Serve with the lobster.
