Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 1.5 whole (juiced + zested) lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

    Combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Add chicken cubes and toss to coat evenly. Let sit 5 minutes while you heat the grill.

    Thread chicken onto skewers, leaving 1/4-inch gaps between pieces for even cooking.

    Heat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates so chicken won't stick.
