Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, onion)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill)
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 to taste salt and pepper
