Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons sambal oelek
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 cup prawn crackers
