Ingredients

  • 4 stalks celery stalks
  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger
  • ½ lemon lemon
  • ½ cup water or coconut water
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Chop celery and apple into 1-inch chunks. Peel ginger and squeeze lemon juice into a measuring cup.

    Add celery, apple, ginger, lemon juice, water, and ice to a blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, 45–60 seconds. Pulp should be nearly liquid.

    Pour into a glass through a fine-mesh strainer if you prefer no pulp. Serve immediately.
