Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 2 whole red chili peppers
- 1 whole lime
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Roughly chop the 2 cups cilantro, 1/2 cup mint, 2 red chili peppers, and 2 garlic cloves. Place them in a blender.

Add the juice of 1 lime and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, about 1-2 minutes.

If the chutney is too thick, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until it reaches a spoonable consistency. Taste and adjust salt or lime.
