Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup raw almonds, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1

Place the sliced almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring once every 15 seconds until fragrant and light golden brown, about 3–4 minutes total.

  2. 2

Transfer the toasted almonds to a small plate and let cool for 1 minute so they become crispy.

  3. 3

Divide the Greek yogurt evenly between two bowls, spooning about 1/2 cup into each.

  4. 4

Drizzle 1.5 tablespoons of honey over the yogurt in each bowl, pouring it in a thin spiral from the center outward.

  5. 5

Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon (about 1/16 teaspoon per bowl) over each yogurt bowl.

  6. 6

Sprinkle a pinch of salt (about 1/16 teaspoon per bowl) over each yogurt bowl, then top with the cooled toasted almonds, dividing them equally.
