Ingredients
- 2 pieces pork chops (1.5 inches thick)
- 1 whole lemon
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Mince garlic and zest the lemon. Mix garlic, zest, oregano, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
