Ingredients
- 6 links (about 1.25 lbs) loukaniko (Greek pork sausages)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole (juiced) lemon
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
