Ingredients

  • 4 thighs chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

    Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
