Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup dried fruit (such as cranberries or raisins)
- ½ cup fresh berries (such as blueberries or raspberries)

In a small dry skillet over medium heat, toast the 1/2 cup coconut flakes and 1/4 cup sliced almonds, stirring often, until golden and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Spoon half of the 2 cups yogurt into two serving glasses or bowls, dividing evenly.

Top the yogurt with half of the 1 cup granola and half of the toasted coconut-almond mixture.

Add the remaining yogurt, then layer the rest of the granola and the toasted mixture on top.

Scatter the 1/4 cup dried fruit and 1/2 cup fresh berries over the top. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
