Ingredients
- 1.5 cups jasmine or long-grain rice
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 pieces (rotisserie or store-bought) fried chicken pieces
- 2 cups, torn romaine lettuce
- 1 medium carrot, sliced thin
