Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

    Pour milk into a saucepan or microwave-safe mug. If using a saucepan, warm over medium heat until steaming, ~3 minutes.

    Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and no clumps remain.
