Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 1.25 cups milk
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- 1
Whip cold heavy cream with 1 tbsp sugar and 0.5 tsp vanilla until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes.

Whisk together flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, and 0.25 tsp salt in a bowl.
- 3
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- 4
Pour wet into dry; fold with a spatula until just combined—small lumps are fine, don't overmix.
- 5
