Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar mixed with ground cinnamon
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup dulce de leche

Mix flour and water in a bowl until smooth. Transfer to a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.

Heat oil in a deep skillet to 375°F. Working carefully, pipe 4-inch churro lengths into hot oil.
