Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 14 oz) puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Unfold thawed puff pastry on a work surface. Cut each sheet into 4 triangles.

    Starting at the wide end, roll each triangle tightly into a croissant shape, curving the tips.

    Place croissants 2 inches apart on the sheet pan. Brush with beaten egg until glossy.

    Mix melted butter, sugar, and salt. Drizzle over croissants before baking.

    Bake 12–15 minutes until deep golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
