Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken wings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 whole scallion, sliced thin
Instructions
- 1
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
- 2
Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers. Working in batches, sear wings 3–4 minutes per side until deep golden — don't move them.
- 3
Return all wings to the skillet. Pour soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger over the top; stir to coat.
- 4
Toss constantly over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes until the glaze reduces, thickens, and clings glossy to each wing.
- 5
Transfer wings to a serving plate. Scatter scallion over top and serve immediately.
