Ingredients
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- 1
Separate the 1 can biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Use a small round cutter (or a bottle cap) to cut a hole in the center of each, forming donut shapes.
- 2
Heat the 2 cups vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat until a small piece of dough sizzles immediately when dropped in, about 350°F, 5 minutes.
- 3
Fry the donuts in batches, 2-3 at a time, for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and puffed. Drain on paper towels.
- 4
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Dip each warm donut into the glaze, coating both sides.
- 5
Place the glazed donuts on a wire rack and immediately sprinkle with the 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles. Let set for 2 minutes before serving.
