Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
- 3 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- 1 large egg

Mix beef, pork, onion, mustard, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Form meat mixture into a flat patty and slide it into the skillet. Cook 7 minutes without stirring.
